Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged we will require photo evidence and a description as soon as possible to process a refund. Damage does not entail lack of desired outcome as we are not liable for the outcome of metaphysical results. Some products are subjected to wear and tear due to their antique/handmade nature, which is described as such. In these cases a refund will not be issued.
